Shipping Policy

At Shreds, we are proud to offer both domestic and international shipping. We strive to process and ship orders promptly:

  • Monday-Thursday Orders: Orders placed by 2 PM CST will typically ship the following day.

  • Friday-Sunday Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will typically ship on the next business day.

Please note: Shipping times may vary due to holidays, special events, or unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Items must be free of any marks, stains, or modifications.

  • Returns must be initiated and shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after this period may be denied unless otherwise approved in writing by Shreds.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email of the approval or denial of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be issued with store credit.

Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items:

Sale items and items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return and are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable
